This week Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes sits down with the Star to discuss fighting crime in Kings County, his personal style and his ire over a recent article in Harper s Magazine. (Interviewed by Renee Collymore.)

Some may know him as a husband of 41 years, others may know him as a father of five and a grandfather of ten. To still others he is co-author, publisher, adjunct law school professor, children s basketball coach and a grand-slam baseball player, but to most of us he is Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes.
